Body Imaging

Standard radiographs, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) scanning are commonly used for the diagnosis of diseases of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. CIRA’s fellowship-trained diagnostic radiologists are experts at examining diseases of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and cardiovascular systems. Physicians use conventional and advanced techniques, including procedures to establish accurate diagnosis and follow-up evaluation of both pathologic and normal processes.
