How do I know which payment link to use?
Check the date of service on your bill. This is the date you received care. Select the payment link that matches that date.
What is the date of service?
The date of service is the day your exam or procedure took place. You can find it on your billing statement.

What should I do if I think there’s a mistake on my bill?
If something doesn’t look right, contact our Billing Team and we’ll review your account with you.
What if I have more than one bill with different dates of service?
Each bill should be paid using the payment link that matches the date of service listed on that bill.
