Important Billing Update
As of January 1, 2026, Central Illinois Radiological Associates has transitioned to a new billing company.
You may receive billing communications from our new billing partner, MSN, which may include text messages, emails, or paper statements. These communications are legitimate and are sent on behalf of Central Illinois Radiological Associates. Please review your billing statement carefully, as the billing company depends on your date of service:
- Dates of service on or before December 31, 2025 will be billed by Optum.
- Dates of service on or after January 1, 2026 will be billed by MSN.

How do I know which payment link to use?
Check the date of service on your bill. This is the date you received care. Select the payment link that matches that date.
What is the date of service?
The date of service is the day your exam or procedure took place. You can find it on your billing statement.

Can I pay my bill over the phone?

What should I do if I think there’s a mistake on my bill?
If something doesn’t look right, contact our Billing Team and we’ll review your account with you.
What if I have more than one bill with different dates of service?
Each bill should be paid using the payment link that matches the date of service listed on that bill.
